VICTORY: Australia Set to Ban Cosmetic Testing on Animals!

Australia will soon join the likes of the European Union, Israel and New Zealand in banning the sale of any cosmetics that have been tested on animals!

The Liberal National Party has promised that from July 2017, any products that have been tested on animals or contain ingredients that have been tested on animals will be prohibited. This follows the Australian Labor Party’s proposal of a similar bill earlier this year

So regardless of who wins the July 2 federal election, animals in laboratories will no longer needlessly suffer the agony of having chemicals dripped into their eyes or forced down their throats just to produce mascara or shampoo.

Thanks to everyone who joined us in writing to Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull on this issue.

Recently, the Labor Party proposed a bill to end animal testing for cosmetics and ban the importation of any cosmetics tested on animals.Share if you support this! #BanCosmeticTesting #MakeoverTheWorld
