‘PETA-Approved Vegan’ Products

Fashion

We’re in the midst of a vegan fashion revolution.

As more and more people vow not to clothe themselves in cruelly produced garments, retailers and designers are meeting the demand for animal-friendly clothes in style.

PETA loves to build mutually beneficial relationships with kind companies. Similar to PETA US’ “Beauty Without Bunnies” logo for cruelty-free cosmetics, the “PETA-Approved Vegan” logo symbolises animal-friendly clothing and accessories.

All companies that use the “PETA-Approved Vegan” logo must sign PETA’s statement of assurance declaring that their product is vegan so that ethical consumers can shop with confidence, safe in the knowledge that they’re not supporting animal exploitation.

The following companies are part of the “PETA-Approved Vegan” programme in Australia, Europe, or the US. They’ve signed a statement of assurance verifying that the relevant products are vegan, and they ship to Australia.

Companies marked with {V} sell only vegan products.

Company representatives interested in using the “PETA-Approved Vegan” logo are encouraged to send both the questionnaire and the statement of assurance to [email protected]. PETA’s Corporate Affairs Department will be in touch with you shortly after receipt.

Once companies are certified to use the “PETA-Approved Vegan” logo, they’ll have the opportunity to share their “PETA-Approved” commitment with consumers by using the logo on product labels and promotional materials. This helps consumers identify which products are vegan at a glance while shopping. Free of charge, our logo may be used on companies’ products, tags, literature, in-store displays, websites, and various social media outlets. To meet individual design needs, the logo may be used in white-on-black and/or black-on-white. For companies that are entirely vegan, the logo can be placed on the front of their websites and/or storefronts, drawing attention to their “PETA-Approved” company as a whole.
