Enter PETA’s ‘Vegan Eats and Treats’ Contest for a Chance to Win a 30-Day Supply of Vegan Meals

You know the facts: Vegans save animals, have a reduced risk of developing many serious diseases, and don’t contribute to the catastrophic levels of water pollution and greenhouse-gas emissions caused by the production of meat, egg, and dairy “products”.

But sometimes, it takes more than facts and powerful images to inspire someone to eat compassionately – it takes great cruelty-free meals. That’s why PETA is launching the Vegan Eats and Treats contest!

Enter PETA’s ‘Vegan Eats and Treats’ Contest

Make (or buy) a vegan meal and snap a photo of yourself sharing it at the office, a family gathering, or another event for a chance to win a 30-day supply of delicious, handcrafted vegan meals from Galaxy Vegan, delivered to your door. The winner will feast on mouth-watering fare like Pumpkin Lasagne; Artichoke, Capers, and Lemon “Fish” Cakes; Lemon Cheesecake; and more.

To enter, send the photo and a description (in 50 words or fewer) of what you served, where you served it, and how people reacted to [email protected] by 30 September. The contest is open only to residents of Australia, excluding the Northern Territory and Western Australia.

Food brings people together and has the power to change minds, so you’ll be a vegan influencer by cooking and sharing meals with friends. Appeal to those who have a sweet tooth by taking vegan desserts to gatherings, or take a bevy of Tofurky sausages to your next backyard barbie to wow your neighbours. You could inspire people and help demystify vegan cooking by making cruelty-free dishes for your next dinner party, or host your own vegan birthday buffet so that your guests can experience how delicious these foods are. The possibilities are endless!
