Spring Rolls and Samosas

A lot of spring rolls and samosas labelled “vegetarian” are actually vegan, so it pays to check the packet. Look for brands like Chan’s, Pacific West, Asiana Selection, Ho Mai, Darshan, and Crazy Dragon. Maybe they don’t really count as a meal – but they’re a hearty snack, at least!
